This years golf outing will be held at Conklin Players Club. This years golf package includes golf, lunch, dinner and awards program.  There will be a grilled lunch at the turn and a shotgun start at 10:00 AM.  A chicken BBQ dinner will be held at 3:00 PM in the clubhouse with the awards program.  The cost is $130.00 for an all day package.  If you do not golf  you can attend the dinner for only $35.00.  If you would like to participate please fill out the form below and fax it to the Association.
