LEGAL NOTICE
PROPOSED LOCAL LAW “F” OF THE YEAR 2018
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been presented to the Town Board of the Town of Vestal, New York proposed Local Law “F” of the Year 2018 entitled: “A Local Law Rezoning 2040 State Route 26 from RR Rural Residence to RC Multiple Residence.”
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the environmental significance of said proposed Local Laws will be reviewed by the Vestal Town Board of the Town of Vestal incident to and as a part of said public hearing. Copies of said proposed Local Laws are available for review at the Town of Vestal Clerk’s Office.
THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Town Board of the Town of Vestal will hold a public hearing on the aforesaid Local Law at 6:00 PM on October 24, 2018 at the Vestal Town Hall, 605 Vestal Parkway West, Vestal, New York. At that time all interested persons will be heard.
