Bradley P. Walters
Executive Director
Mr. Walters is Executive Director of the Southern Tier Builders Association and the Associated Building Contractors of the Triple Cities in Binghamton, NY. Mr. Walters has twenty-two years of experience in the construction industry, which includes civil engineering, land use planning, zoning and infrastructure development. Mr. Walters earned his bachelor’s degree from Edinboro University.
Jamie Ansell
Office Manager — BEST West
Mrs. Ansell is the Office Manager, and as such, the main point of contact for members. She assists members with benefits, access to our Plan Room, coordination of events, as well as the association’s bookkeeping. Mrs. Ansell is a graduate of Jamestown Community College and Jamestown Business College.
Office Manager — BEST East
The main point of contact for members in Binghamton. She maintains the online Plan Room for projects in the East and assists members with access or questions. Assists with the coordination of events and manages the office.
